    Description

    Antique advertising Wakelee’s Complexion Face Oil Bottle 1906.  This cosmetic oil would have cured anything, perhaps Quack Medicine, too, as it states it was for sunburn, teeth, poison oak remedy and soften the skin.  Guaranteed by W. M. Millett under the 1906 Food and Drug Act, San Francisco, CA.  The bottle measures 5 inches tall x 1.25 x 2.25 and the back is embossed:  Wakelee's Camelline.  The jar label is intact, bottom front and side bottom have creases and edge chips as shown and some light stains.  Just lovely litho of a beautiful Victorian woman with her hair up in a bun.
